…why adults (who happen to have children!!) are behaving themselves so childish in a webcommunity. Is it so hard to accept there are some rules and to follow these rules? Hope these adults didn’t teach this to their children. Great example they are.

…why adults who don’t know shit about what happened start screaming around like chickens without a head and start accusing without knowing what’s really going on.. What about the talking- and first asking why -thing they are supposed (read: obliged) to learn their children. Did they forget all about that? Again: great example they are .

Today I found out Ben & Jerry’s has introduced a new flavour of ice cream: American Pie. By introducing this new flavour Ben & Jerry’s protests against the American government wich spend too much money on bombs and and too less in childs healthcare.  In an interview with the ANP, the Netherlands national news agency,  Jerry Greenfield explains the United States spends on a yearly base about 30 milliard dollars for maintenance of 10.000 nuclear bombs, however 20% of the American children are living in poverty. Although America is one of the richest countries of the world, not all children are insured for health care.
On the package of the American Pie icecream this vision is explained.

Way to go!!!!!! Children are our future, not bombs!!!

 Tuesday morning in New York, the sky is blue, the sun is shining. At 8:45 am local time an airplane crashes    into the North tower of the World Trade Center.. The plane axplodes, with a loud bang and a giant fireball.  Everyone thinks it isa horrible accident, until a second plane crashes into the South tower..
“America is under attack” CNN reported. Later that day 2 more planes crash; one in Washington and one in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

Today it is exactly 5 years ago thousands of innocent people died due to these actions of terror.. That’s why I burn this candle, it is in the memory of all the victims of terror anywhere in the world.

It is fascinating how everyone all over the world is shocked by the death of the Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin. I’ve been surfing around reading blogs from all over the world and many of them have an article about Steve Irwin.
But I can understand why everyone is so shocked. he was a very sympathetic guy and the way he showed wildlife in his show was super. He did it with so much enthousiasm, like a little kid, wich is I think rare for adults to show it like that.
I am sorry for his wife and his 2 children. But at least he died during doing what he really loved, wich means I think he died happily…
