Today at work i read a note from our manager in the canteen. It was about the domnestic rules we have in the company.

The headquarter of the company spread to every employee a a note with the domnestic rules of the company.
It’s adressed to each employee with the name and employee number, it contains the rules and a warning to everyone who doesn’t obey these fucking rules. Sanctions will be taken to the person who doesn’t obey, and it can lead to immediate immediate discharge.
We need to sign this fucking shit and return it!!!

It is so childish! it more and more looks like we are working in kindergarden!!
Why do they do this? We already signed to agree with the domnestic rules when we signed our employment contract years ago. And now they want us to sign a piece of shit!

I don’t like this way of working. It feels like they are looking for a way to get rid of some of the employees.
